Service Description

PURPOSE Secure, webcam-based notarization for signers who can't meet in person — ideal for out-of-state or homebound family members, or anyone who'd rather skip scheduling travel. $40 for the first notarization — already includes the mandatory $25 Texas RON surcharge. TRAVEL Not applicable — RON is a fully remote appointment. FULL LOAN CLOSINGS OR ESTATE PACKAGES VIA RON Priced separately as a flat package rather than per document — request a custom quote. BOOKING A $25 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is collected at the appointment.
