Estate Planning Document Notarization
PURPOSE
Notarization and witness coordination for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives — handled with the discretion and unhurried pace estate documents deserve, at your home, a hospital or hospice, or wherever is most comfortable.
BASE PACKAGE $200
Covers a couple (or one individual) signing up to three core documents in one appointment: a Last Will & Testament with Self-Proving Affidavit, a Durable/Statutory Power of Attorney, and a Medical Power of Attorney / Healthcare Directive with HIPAA authorization.
ADDITIONAL FEES
+$25 per document beyond the three core documents above — most commonly a Revocable Living Trust, a Declaration of Guardian, or additional Power of Attorney copies for a specific bank or institution. A full estate plan with a trust and guardian declaration typically totals $275. Texas requires two witnesses for a will. Witnesses are not included in the base price — I can arrange them for +$35 per witness, or you're welcome to bring your own at no extra charge.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
PURPOSE
Secure, webcam-based notarization for signers who can't meet in person — ideal for out-of-state or homebound family members, or anyone who'd rather skip scheduling travel.
BASE PRICING
$40 for the first notarization — already includes the mandatory $25 Texas RON surcharge.
ADDITIONAL FEES
+$1 per additional signature on the same notarial certificate; +$35 per additional notarization/certificate in the same session.
TRAVEL
Not applicable — RON is a fully remote appointment.
